3 Lead Generation Strategies
Be honest—does the term “lead generation” make you a bit uncomfortable?
If so, you're not alone. Many Christian coaches feel a twinge of resistance around "lead gen" because it sounds salesy or intimidating. I get it. As a Christian coach, you might rather pray for clients than prospects.
But remember: faith without action is dead, and that applies to your coaching business, too.
If you want to have clients, you have to connect with people. You don't need to master a million tactics or have a huge audience to start. You only need to commit to one of the 3 primary lead generation strategies:

Relationship-based outreach: 1-on-1 conversations (DMs, calls, coffee chats).

Organic social media: sharing value via posts, videos, or groups to attract your audience.

Paid advertising: investing in ads to reach new people faster.
All three can work, but none will if you dabble for a week, then quit.
The only "wrong" strategy is doing nothing at all.
If you're stuck, choose the approach that feels most natural (or least scary) and commit to it for 90 days. It might stretch you beyond your comfort zone but that's exactly where growth happens.
