Living From Rest, Not Rush

Lately, I have been thinking about something I heard from my friend Teresa McCloy.

What if the way you are chasing success is actually the thing keeping you from it?

Most people, especially today, are taught that hustle is the only way forward. Grind harder. Move faster. Fill every minute.

But what if that is a lie?

A few years ago, I met someone who completely changed the way I think about success.
Her name is Teresa McCloy, and she taught me a truth I now build my life and business around:

You are not made to live in a rush. You are made to live from rest.

Today, I want to invite you into a different way of building your dreams. A better way.

The Lessons I Learned from Teresa

Teresa is a six-figure coach, an author, a speaker, and a true leader in every sense.
She has built a business and a life full of impact, but also full of peace.

She lives what she teaches: that real success comes from being aligned with who God created you to be, not from running faster than you were designed to run.

Through her mentorship and friendship, I discovered that the life I wanted was not found in working more hours or chasing more goals.
It was found in learning to move at the pace of grace.

What Does Living from Rest Actually Mean?

It is not laziness.
It is not passivity.
It is a bold, intentional choice to build your life on purpose instead of pressure.

Teresa explains it beautifully in one of our conversations, where she shares how living from rest is actually the prequel to building a sustainable, successful life.

She shows how it impacts your relationships, your energy, your decisions, and especially your time.

If you are tired of feeling stretched thin or like you are running toward something you can never quite catch, you need to hear this.
