Have you ever wondered about the secret to making sales that feel almost effortless?🤔

Is that even possible?

Believe it or not, it's not just a dream—it's the power of PASSIVE PROSPECTING STRATEGIES.

Now, I'm a firm believer in ACTIVE AND ASSERTIVE PROSPECTING, but over the last four years, I've witnessed God's blessings in ways I couldn't have imagined.

If you're unfamiliar with the concept, at Faith2Influence, we've identified six Ps to passive prospecting. Today, let's dive into the first one—PREPARATION.

Preparation is a crucial strategy. It's about becoming the kind of coach, entrepreneur, and person who effortlessly attracts business, deals, and opportunities.

Here are a few ways you can prepare yourself to draw in more clients:

Reflect on Your Skill Set:

Pause for a moment and think about the unique skill set you bring to your coaching business. What makes you stand out?

Invest Time in Mastery:

Mastery takes time. If you're feeling stuck or frustrated, remember, this is a long game. Embrace the journey of developing your expertise. Mastery of your chosen skill set opens doors to opportunities and makes you referable.

Whether it's marketing, fitness, relationships, sales, or something else, become a master in YOUR field.

Developing Your Character:

→ Build a Reputation:

Character is the silent language of success. Consider the character traits you value most—authenticity, honesty, follow-through, integrity. Work on embodying these traits, for they are the building blocks of a reputation people trust and admire.

→ Show Up with Love and Care:

Your character should resonate with love, care, and curiosity. Be the person who cares about their clients beyond transactions. Approach every situation with the intention of win-win or no deal.

→ Pray for Personal Growth:

Finally, don't forget to seek spiritual guidance. Pray for healing, for forging the parts of your character that need shaping. Embrace the journey of becoming the person you were created to be.

P.S. In the first month of 2024, I launched a membership for Christian Coaches, and the blessings of the community we're creating have been abundant. It's a testament to God's provision and years of preparation. We already have 85 people in our Christian Coaches Academy!
