But then I made a shift that made everything easier:
Once a quarter, I’d clear my calendar and create all my marketing content in one dedicated session.
I’d spend the full day with my friend, Jared Wittman (who helps people do this professionally), recording long-form videos, short-form clips, and sometimes even a whole batch of podcasts.
And here’s the surprising thing:
It actually made me more consistent.
Because once the quarter began, everything was already done.
No scrambling.
No stress.
No “What should I post today?”
