Speak Life

Do you know someone who’s waiting to hear you speak life into their dreams?
Do you know someone who might have waited years to hear you believe in them?
When I was starting Faith2Influence (F2I) in 2018, I had the privilege of being surrounded by a family that believed in me—even when the evidence wasn’t there.
-
My parents saw my potential, even when my report card didn’t.
-
My siblings, especially Richard and Linnea, spoke life into me, encouraging me to chase my dreams.
-
Friends and early clients believed in me, sometimes before I fully believed in myself.
These encouragers gave me the courage to leave the safety of a traditional career and launch Faith2Influence. Their belief in my vision fueled my journey, even through seasons of grief and uncertainty.
And you know what? We ALL need someone to believe in us.
When we are encouraged, when we surround ourselves with positivity and optimism, when we believe in the best of what could be, we don’t just feel uplifted—we thrive.
This principle holds true in our personal lives, our coaching, our businesses, and even our spiritual journeys.
Why Speaking Life Matters As Coaches
Who we believe ourselves to be has a profound impact on how we’re received by the world. If we believe we’re called by God to do good work, if we trust that we’re equipped for the challenges ahead, we’ll see better results in our coaching, sales, leadership, and more.
Here’s why this matters so much:
-
Encouragement Fuels Belief:
Our belief grows when others believe in us. Surrounding ourselves with people who see the best version of us—sometimes even before we see it ourselves—unlocks levels of confidence and capability we didn’t know we had. -
We Attract What We Give:
When we speak life, share hope, and offer positivity, we naturally draw others with the same spirit into our lives.
As coaches, we have the privilege and responsibility to speak life into others. Yes, sometimes we have to deliver hard truths and hold others accountable. But let’s spend 95% of our time lifting others up.
-
The difference between someone stepping into their potential or staying stuck often lies in their belief.
-
And we, as encouragers, can inspire that belief.
Let’s help our clients see the best in themselves, trust God’s vision for their lives, and move forward with courage.
Are You Feeling Alone?
If you’re a coach or entrepreneur feeling isolated, doubting yourself, or struggling to maintain belief, here’s what I encourage you to do:
-
Pray and Seek God: He is the ultimate source of encouragement and strength.
-
Be an Encourager: Start by being the person who lifts others up. A kind word, a prayer, or an unexpected compliment can work wonders.
-
Find Your Community: Surround yourself with people who will speak life into you—friends, colleagues, a mastermind group, or a faith-driven community.
That’s exactly why I created the Christian Coaches Academy (CCA).
Today, CCA is a family of 100+ Christian coaches and entrepreneurs. We collaborate, support one another, and pray together. It’s a place where we celebrate wins, work through challenges, and grow stronger together.
If you’re feeling isolated or unsure about your next steps, I want you to know you’re not alone.
Send me an email at Justin at faith2influence dot com. I’d love to encourage you and help you in any way possible.
