I used to unlock my phone over and over after posting a video.

Watching myself on screen. Cringing. Checking for likes. Feeling that little knot in my stomach.

I was making it all ABOUT ME.

And in doing so, I was keeping the worst possible secret.

But there is ONE secret that a lot of people in the marketplace genuinely keep, and it's a real problem.

Fear.

Fear of judgment.
Fear of what old friends, family, or former coworkers might think.

I know that fear. I lived it longer than I should have.

But eventually I made a decision:

I was NOT going to keep my calling a secret anymore.

Because if people don’t know what you do…

They can’t work with you.
They can’t refer you.
They can’t connect others to you.

The marketplace can’t respond to a message it never hears.
